Payment Information & Policy

• Lesson and program tuition may be paid by cash, check, or Zelle 646-530-0434 (Cremona Music Studio). We no longer accept Venmo payments. Thank you for your understanding.

• When making the payment, please include the name of the teacher (or program) and the date of the lesson in the memo for clarity and reference.

• We ask that the payment for lessons is made either prior to or within a week of the lesson at the latest.

• If a student needs to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $25 late-cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be charged at the full lesson rate, as this time cannot be offered to another student.

• If your child begins to feel unwell, please notify us as early as possible, even if you are unsure about attending, so we can plan accordingly.

• Absences without prior notice will also be charged at the full regular lesson rate.
